蛋白种属人、大鼠、小鼠
表达细胞原核细胞原核细胞为主，真核细胞为辅
蛋白表达体系不含任何动物成分添加胰蛋白胨或牛血清等
蛋白氨基酸序列*一致
蛋白生物活性*相同
优点    与传统重组蛋白相比，无动物成分重组蛋白具有以下优势：
    ? 不会给培养体系中引入动物源性病原体(如疯牛病病毒等)，因此，非
      常适合临床用的细胞培养(如细胞治疗等)。
    ? 进入动物体内不会引起异种排斥和过敏反应，因此更适合体内实验。
    ? 无动物源性蛋白和激素等对实验结果的干扰，因此保证实验结果的稳
      定、可靠。
举例无动物成分的人IL-2重组蛋白中不会含有牛的病原体，蛋白(如牛IL-2)和激素等传统的人IL-2重组蛋白中可能含有牛的病原体，蛋白(如牛IL-2)和激素等
