仅供研究使用。不适用于诊断程序。MicroVue iC3b EIA酶免疫分析可测量人血浆、血清或其他实验液体中iC3b的浓度。它使用针对iC3b上新表位的专有单克隆抗体来捕获分析物。捕获的iC3b随后通过针对C3抗原的HRP标记抗体进行检测。本试验提供了一种快速、非放射性的方法来评估iC3b水平。它旨在研究补体激活在许多研究和临床环境中的作用和/或状态。MicroVue iC3b酶免疫分析可测量人血浆、血清和其他生物或实验样本中存在的iC3b量。iC3b水平表示样本中的C3裂解量(因此为补体总激活量)。iC3b在补体系统激活期间通过经典或替代途径产生。当转化酶裂解C3时，C3a和C3b平行释放。在体内，C3b分子的半衰期非常短；C3b被迅速裂解为iC3b，iC3b可通过替代或经典途径作为补体激活的标记。
